As Chairman of Indecomm, Naresh leads a team of highly accomplished fellow professional entrepreneurs. The executive team has worked as one seamless unit overcoming and converting difficult business cycles to build two formidable and distinctive businesses. Indecomm Mortgage Solutions is a technology platform-driven company offering automation, outsourcing, and compliance solutions in the mortgage services space. Complementing strong organic growth with select acquisitions is the forte of this team. He is the Principal Founder of Indecomm in 2003, which has been consistently ranked amongst the Global Top 100 IT and ITeS providers for over a decade.

Prior to founding Indecomm, he held various senior roles within the Unilever organization for 21 years, on assignments both in India and abroad. He was a key member of Unilever’s core Mergers & Acquisitions team in London and a Special Assistant to the Chairman of Unilever. In India, he became the youngest member on the Board of Hindustan Lever Limited. Naresh was also the COO/Operating Partner in Connect Capital and was responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the ITeS space. Naresh was a Founding Fellow of the 21st Century Trust, a non-profit group that brings together leaders from all parts of the world and different professional backgrounds to maximize creative thinking about the key challenges facing the world in the coming generation. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Rajan Nair

Chief Executive Officer

Rajan Nair is CEO at Indecomm, a leading provider of automation, technology, and automation-enabled services for the mortgage banking industry. As CEO, Rajan is responsible for growing and advancing all facets of the organization including operations, innovation, product development, global services, marketing, business development, and sales.

Under Rajan’s leadership, Indecomm has grown to a company of 1500 global employees with an ever-evolving menu of automation, technology, and automation-enabled workflow solutions. Indecomm is a multi-year recipient of the HousingWire TECH100.

Rajan has the optimal blend of technology knowledge and leadership experience for creating and managing a high-growth mortgage innovation business model. Prior to joining Indecomm in 2003, Rajan was the co-founder and CEO of ikigo Inc. At ikigo, a unique business activity monitoring software solution to Fortune 500 companies. Before starting ikigo, Rajan had served as COO at SeraNova Inc, a NASDAQ-listed e-Business Services Company.

Rajan holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bombay University and a Cost and Management Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Balaji Venkatachalam

Vice Chairman and CFO

Balaji brings 31 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business Strategy. He is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, risk management and reporting for the Indecomm Group. In addition to his primary role as CFO, he is deeply involved in all corporate strategic initiatives involving acquisitions, restructuring, innovative financing, and related areas. As a licensed mortgage loan originator for several US states, Balaji has a deep understanding of the business.

Prior to joining Indecomm, Balaji held senior strategy and technology leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet. Before that, he was the CFO and COO of SeraNova India, International Controller of Intelligroup, Inc. (a Nasdaq-listed software services company) and CFO of a multinational advertising agency in India. Balaji was also part of a start-up initiative that was successfully sold to a multi-national group.

Balaji holds a master’s degree in commerce. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a Certified Management Accountant in the US

Krish Swaminathan, AMP

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Krish is responsible for driving business transformation for Indecomm -and for its clients- by taking an “automation” and “digital-first” approach with the ultimate goal of improving overall mortgage industry efficiencies that result in cost savings, faster turnaround times, and improved customers service. Krish is a mortgage executive with over 25 years of global experience focused on business optimization with companies like Fannie Mae and Sutherland. Krish has proven track record of growing business units, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction by developing and using digital transformation solutions. Prior to joining Indecomm, Krish spent 16+ years with Sutherland as President of their mortgage vertical and prior to that, Krish lead Asset Acquisition and MBS Analytics teams at Fannie Mae. Krish has an MBA from University of Missouri – Kansas City and holds NMLS licenses in 51 jurisdictions. Krish also holds a mortgage patent to his credit.

Venkatasubramanian Krishnan (KVS)

EVP, Global Operations

KVS is Executive Vice President, heading Indecomm’s Global Operations for the Mortgage Services. He is currently based in Charlotte, NC, and responsible for the Operations and P&L delivered across five centers in the US and India. KVS has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, and his areas of expertise include business process outsourcing, operational excellence, and profit and loss management. Prior to joining Indecomm, he held several management positions with Citibank N.A. in Retail Banking, Investments, and Insurance. KVS was part of the core team that set up e-Serve International Ltd, a Citigroup Company to provide back-office operations for various Citibank units across the globe. KVS holds a Computer Science and Engineering Diploma from Murugappa Polytechnic College and completed his Executive Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He graduated from MBA Education’s School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) and was awarded the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation in 2015. He also holds NMLS licenses for several states in the US.

Rachael Harris

SVP, Product Management, Milos

Rachael Harris is Senior Vice President of Product Management, Milos. As one of Indecomm’s most influential and knowledgeable product leaders, Rachael has more than 20 years of mortgage leadership and operations experience and has worked across a range of origination functions such as operations management, underwriting management, processing, and closing. As SVP, Product Management, Rachael leverages her extensive mortgage banking experience to advance Indecomm’s product development initiatives and ensure that a product vision will have real-world and game-changing implications for its clients.

Since joining Indecomm, Rachael has led product management strategy, roadmaps, and implementations for several of the company’s most successful mortgage automation products including IncomeGenius, AuditGenius, and its most recent innovation DecisionGenius, which automates mortgage loan decisioning and underwriting. Rachael holds the belief that innovation must be aligned with practical and proven use-cases. She manages a team of mortgage subject matter experts who work side-by-side with Indecomm’s automation and technology developers to define high-impact features, functions, processes, and workflows that translate to process simplification, greater efficiencies, and cost savings for the client.

Renee Munday

SVP, Client Solutions

Renee is responsible for the management of the client engagement process for the Mortgage Services business within Indecomm Global Services. She is based in Charlotte, NC. Renee has a 30-year career in the financial services and insurance industries, well as business process outsourcing industries. Prior to joining Indecomm in 2009, she was an agent for State Farm Insurance from 1989 -1999 and Regional Sales Manager for Equifirst Corporation from 1999 – 2009. Renee has held several operational and project management positions within Indecomm Global Services, including Underwriting Team Lead, Assistant Director of Underwriting, and Director of Client Engagement. Renee holds a degree in Business Administration.

Harish Kamath

SVP, Engineering

Harish is responsible for the IT Engineering division, which delivers Indecomm’s mortgage products and helps improve quality, by automation within the operations team. He has over 20 years of experience in the product IT engineering space. Harish is very passionate about product development and has played various management and technical roles in product management organizations. He has architected several key products, including complex systems like LOS. Prior to joining Indecomm, he was with Cognizant as Delivery Director, and as a Program Director at CoreLogic.

Harish is a science graduate in IT and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He is certified in PMP, Machine Learning, Statistical Process Control, Statistical Techniques for Data Mining and Business Analytics and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. Harish is an avid researcher and is pursuing his Doctoral program (Ph.D.) from Mysore University, on “Using social media as a dataset for Credit Risk Monitoring, with special reference to mortgage loans.” He has published three research papers on usage of social media datasets.

Kevin Quinn

SVP, Servicing

Quinn has more than 20 years of experience helping mortgage servicers optimize operations with tech-driven services. He brings a wide range of skills to the team including consultative sales, business process services, outsourcing, partnership strategy, and digital transformation. Before joining Indecomm, Quinn was SVP, Head of Partnerships at Moder. Prior, Quinn was Head of Sales and Business Development at Sourcepoint.

Mamatha Vishwanath

EVP, Human Resources

Mamatha has over 21 years of experience in managing Human Resources function and is currently responsible for managing the Global HR function for Indecomm Global Services. She has been with Indecomm from Inception and has been involved in Indecomm’s transformational journey. She has been part of the core team in implementing organizational-wide initiatives including capability development, change management, pre and post-merger consolidation of HR practices and building a strong talent pool throughout the organization. She has been involved in corporate business restructuring exercises and a member of the due-diligence team for acquisitions.

Prior to joining Indecomm, Mamatha was managing the HR function at Provimi, one of the leading veterinary pharmaceutical companies. Mamatha holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology from Mysore University where she secured a university rank. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management.

Matthew Panayil

Group Company Secretary

As Group Company Secretary, Mathew Panayil brings over 35 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Company Secretarial and Legal matters. He also assists the Leadership Team in all corporate strategic initiatives involving acquisitions, restructuring, financing, and related areas. In addition, he also oversees the finance and legal function of Centillion Solutions and Services, part of the Indecomm Group.

Prior to joining Indecomm, Mathew held senior Finance positions with SG Software, the Software/BPO arm of the Investment Banking division of Société Générale, LEC INDIA a Danish multinational Company and part of the Maersk group and O/E/N India Limited, the flagship company of the ‘OEN’ Group of Companies, a Joint Venture with OAK Industries Inc. Mathew is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Robyn Mahoney

VP, Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Robyn is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and engage clients and prospects in the mortgage banking space. She is focused on strengthening and modernizing Indecomm’s brand message to better reflect its exceptional product innovations and automation-first strategy. Robyn has more than 17 years of experience in global BFSI, FinTech, and real estate finance with a proven track record of driving brand transformation, revenue generation, and thought leadership. She has significant experience across corporate and product marketing, brand development, content marketing, digital marketing, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Indecomm, Robyn was CMO at Consolidated Analytics. Previously, she was Head of Marketing for Situs’ mortgage risk analytics and accounting risk management business lines; Director, Head of Marketing for Wipro’s US mortgage technology and mortgage services business lines; and she held leadership positions with property analytics providers, mortgage servicers, and mortgage default management companies. Robyn is on the CMBA mortgage innovators committee and has served as an advisor to start-ups, real estate technology and AI companies, and businesses operating in US opportunity zones.
